Orange Systems Academy session on business workflow automation

The latest edition of Orange Systems Academy, focused on automating business workflows, wrapped up successfully

Graduates of the RPA Business Analysis Academy, a program organized by Orange Systems, have completed a training journey focused on a role that's becoming increasingly vital for companies automating their processes: the specialist who truly understands the business and translates it into clear tech requirements.

RPA, or Robotic Process Automation, is all about automating repetitive tasks with the help of software robots. These robots can handle data entry, info checks, report creation, or request processing—freeing up teams to focus on activities that need human insight and decision-making.

But before automating a process, you need to understand it inside out. That’s where the RPA Business Analyst comes in: someone who analyzes the process, spots repetitive steps, exceptions, bottlenecks, and turns business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the tech teams.

This program was designed as a career shift into a field where skills are still rare on the market. Over two months, participants worked on real processes, analyzed workflows, and learned how to craft requirements for RPA automation.

Sergiu Plăcintă, Managing Director, Orange Systems:

The job market needs new skills, especially around technologies that are transforming how companies operate. The RPA Business Analysis Academy is one of the ways Orange Systems is building specialists for a fast-growing field. We want these skills to develop here, in Moldova, through hands-on experience and direct contact with real business processes.

The Academy is part of the Orange Systems Academy series, built on a project-based learning approach. The latest edition lasted two months, with 64 hours of training and mentoring, led by Ludmila Matragun, CBAP Certified and Business Analyst Team Leader at Orange Systems. Participants worked on turning operational needs into clear requirements for RPA solutions, and 14 of them successfully graduated.

Ludmila Matragun, CBAP Certified and BA mentor:

A good RPA Business Analyst needs to bring order to a process before it gets automated. They must understand the steps, exceptions, risks, and the people involved, and only then formulate the right requirements for the technical solution. By the end of the program, participants were able to craft requirements that are clear, grounded in the real process, and aligned with what the RPA solution should deliver.

The RPA Business Analysis Academy is a response to a growing need in companies: automation requires people who understand processes from the inside and can prepare them for practical solutions. Through this program, Orange Systems is shaping specialists in a field where hands-on experience and real process understanding make all the difference.

Orange Systems will keep developing educational programs in emerging tech areas. Interested in future editions or opportunities? Follow our official channels for updates.
